App Store badge notification issue

App Store badge notification is not showing on iPhone 14pro max or iPhone XS Max since updated to IOS16.0.3. Notifications are turned on. I have tried turning them off and on again, but it does not help. I have an IPad Pro running IOS 15.7 and since it does not have an IOS 16 update…the App Store badge. Notifications are working. Solution please…….

I've updated my operating system, set all the correct notification options, uninstalled and reinstalled those apps. I have "background app refresh" enabled for all of the apps. "App Store" app not showing badge when there are available updates Previously the "App Store" app showed a badge indicating how many available app updates in it. However, since I changed my device from iphone 13 to iphone 16 the "App Store" app no longer shows the badge. I have already tried the following: In "Settings -> Apps -> App Store": "App Updates" is turned off In "Settings -> Apps -> App Store": There are no options to control notifications like before I have restarted my iphone -> not working I have signed out and signed-in to my apple account again -> not working

Notification badges missing for all apps i just noticed that all of my notification badges are not working for every single app that has them turned on. I am not sure if this happened before I updated my phone to 16.3.1 but my phone is up to date, and I feel like this is a bug.

I have not had badges working for the App Store app for the past 4 or 5 years (maybe more). I recommend that you leave a direct product feedback here 👉 Product Feedback - Apple
