Text message notification sound low

I have a iPhone 14 pro and I have the same ringtone for my phone calls and text message the phone ringtone is loud but the message ringtone is a lot softer I have the change volume with buttons off and the slider is all the way up so why is this happening all my iPhones are the same this is irritating

none of these thing are the issue I’ve contacted Apple care and they couldn’t figure out why

Hi tylerboi808,

If the sound on your iPhone is not working as expected, see If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

"If your device has a Ring/Silent switch, move the switch forward—toward the device's display—so that orange isn't showing. If you're using an iPad, you can also swipe down from the top-right corner to open Control Center and make sure that Silent Mode is off.
Open Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure that Do Not Disturb is off."

Another troubleshooting step you can try is by changing the notification sound for Messages and seeing if it continues to be low. If it doesn't, change it back to see if toggling helped.
