FaceTime randomly hanging up
Hello, can someone help me understand please. I get on FaceTime with my bf at night. When it hits about 4am FaceTime always just hangs up. I'm not sure why but it always happens

We would love to help you get to the bottom of this. The most obvious reason we could think of would be if either of you have something enabled that schedules this to happen, since it is happening at a specific time. If either of you have a Focus Enabled, or your devices are administrated by an employer, educational institution, or have parental controls enabled, that would explain it. We'll provide some links below to help you out.
- Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
- Set up Screen Time for yourself on Mac
- Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad
- Set up a Focus on Mac
