My FaceTime keeps randomly hanging up on its own

We would love to help get to the bottom of this for you, so that your FaceTime calls stay connected seamlessly. Let's go over a couple of things to see if we can get it figured out.

1. Go to Settings > Cellular
2. Check to make sure that Cellular Data is enabled
3. Go to Cellular Data Options and make sure Data Roaming is turned on
4. Under Settings > Cellular, check to make sure the toggle switch is turned on for FaceTime

Next, go to the following

1. Settings > FaceTime
2. Check to make sure how you prefer to be contacted is selected with the check mark
