Cannot copy or move google drive files within google drive inside the files app

-I can copy/move files from google drive to icloud drive, google drive to "on my ipad" but not within google drive while using the files application

-Error: You need to authenticate before accessing this item

-The only option is to click ok

-I restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled files app, signed out and signed in to google drive account

-It used to work before
