Battery Percentage Stuck

I have iphone 13 i am using ios 16.0.2 currently facing issue of my battery remain same after unplugged from charging . This battery remain same for 30-40 minutes or till when I restarted the phone this happening with me from last week

I phone 14 pro battery problem I have my phone almost 20 days and sometimes when I charge it the percentage of the battery doesn't increase. For example the percentage stuck at 39% while charging and it went up only when I restarted my phone. Is there a solution for that?
