I have my phone almost 20 days and sometimes when I charge it the percentage of the battery doesn't increase. For example the percentage stuck at 39% while charging and it went up only when I restarted my phone. Is there a solution for that?

Maybe your iOS device needs a restart, a simple one from the power button, or if things doesn't change you can try the following link:

I see, if your device is the latest (14) as you say, it should still be under One Year Apple Warranty, so your issue should be covered by Apple at any Apple Store or Apple Premium Retailers that offer Apple authorised service.

When the device charging process is stalling most likely there's something wrong with the charger or the cable, one of them are no functioning properly. While you get the Charging symbol, the power might not be sufficient for your device. Are you using the recommended charger and cable for your iPhone?

Both the charger and the cable are new apple products which I bought at the same time as the phone so I don't think that these are the problem
