Can we use 20 watt fast charger for it.

The Apple Watch SE won't Fast Charge (only the Ultra, 8, & 7 models will). See: About fast charge on Apple Watch - Apple Support

But you can use the 20 watt power adapter with any Watch or Air Pod model.
