I just bought an apple watch ultra in the USA and brought it to Israel.
I was not aware that Apple watch cellular is deffering from the various regions.
Any ideas how can i operate the cellular function of my watch in Israel?
Is it possible to reconfigure the hardware ?
Can i buy an esim program separately for my watch ?
Return the watch to the seller and get a refund.
In the USA you have 14 days to return the watch for full credit. Seem like you have enough time to send it back to Apple in the USA if you use a fast shipment method

Check with your cell service provider, unlike other Watch models the Ultra supports all bandwidths.
what do you mean? Any ideas how to solve it? I just bought it 3 days ago, but I flew to Israel and now stuck
