Error message when sharing to Blu-ray/AVCHD

I am getting this error now in my share screen with the red stop sign/exclamation point..."Blu-ray/AVCHD: The setting "dolby digital" uses software that is not installed or may no longer be supported. (Missing compressor plug-in.)" Now the Share button is grayed out. I have been burning Blu-ray discs for several weeks/years without issue. I have not updated anything on my computer either since burning successfully last week.

I am running Final Cut Pro version 10.5.4 because anything newer will not let me burn a blu-ray or AVCHD disc...it only burns an unreadable BDVM file that can not be opened. Mac mini M1
