Problem to add Suica card (Japan transport card)

hi, all

I am trying to add Suica card to my Apple Wallet and want to pay with the credit card already in my Apple Wallet and failed.

What could be the problem?

If you are using a VISA card, Non-Japanese issue VISA cards are currently not working for Apple Pay Suica and Apple Pay PASMO, use Mastercard or AMEX.
