e.g. if i'm writing a setence, and i spell the word right and press space, then iphone changes it.
how do i get iphone to not change it?
i thought i used to be able to swipe left to NOT correct some words...?

Ok i figure it out
To prevent the iphone from autocorrecting a particular word, you have to swipe across the 3 suggested auto-correct words—from left to right.
this will cancel the autocorrect for that word
The tricky part is, you have to be sure that you swipe across the entire span. If you just swipe a little bit it won't work.
