When Trying to download apps on IPhone 12, get message "Due to restrictions set for this device, this app cannot be downloaded" Solution needed

What settings am I looking for to allow downloads to IPhone 12 to download apps.

There are 2 possible restrictions: Parental controls, or employer-imposed restrictions, if this is a company phone or if you have a company email account on it. You can’t do anything about either, except to as who controls the parental restrictions or the company’s security process.
