Whenever I take new photos, most will upload immediately but an X amount will get stuck on uploading to icloud and they take like 3-4 days
Is this an iOS 16 issue? how can I fix?
I tried turning off and back on device, icloud photos, i signed out and back in,

Unfortunately, Apple is very good at ignoring reported problems until they are convinced it is not just user issues. And . . . (a BIG AND) they are reluctant to admit it was their problem. I guess I would probably do the same if Tim was instructing me to do so :-)
Yes, it is an Apple problem. I didn't have this problem before I installed Ventura. I also don't like it when they patronize me about "did you do this, or did you do that... etc." They treat us like Windows users!

Have you found a resolution to this yet? I'm having the same issue, I have an open and ongoing support ticket with Apple, they still don't recognize it as a 'problem' because the 'engineers' don't believe it's happening. I am having to take screen shots over a period of time to prove to them that it is actually not syncing. So aggravating.

Im talking about newly taken photos for example if I take 20 photos now, 15 will upload right away and the other 5 will take a few days. just says syncing
Having the same issue. Weirdly enough, this tip "solved" it for me https://www.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/yyu1ku/photos_app_stuck_not_syncing_photos_to_icloud/. It is kind of insane that this works though.
When you turn on iCloud Photos, the time it takes for your photos and videos to upload to iCloud depends on the size of your collection and your internet speed. If you have a large collection of photos and videos, your upload might take more time than usual.
