Unable to set ringtone after downloading
I have downloaded ringtone from iTunes but unable to set it as ringtone tried several times as provided help on the forum but it is not working

We understand you purchased a ringtone from iTunes and are unable to set it. Did you verify that you downloaded a ringtone and not a full song? These are the steps for downloading ringtones:
Buy ringtones from the iTunes Store
1.) Open the iTunes Store app.
2.) TapMore.
3.) Tap Tones.
4.) Find a ringtone that you want to buy, then tap the price.
5.) Choose an option to automatically set the ringtone. Or tap Done to decide later.
Also make sure you've tried these steps to set the ringtone:
Change your ringtone
1.) Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics.
2.) Under Sounds and Haptic Patterns, tap the sound that you want to change.
3.) Tap a ringtone or alert tone to hear it and set it as the new sound.

If the above doesn't help, let us know the following:
• Which device are you using and which software version is installed? Check by tapping Settings > General > About.
• What happens when you try to change your ringtone? Are you seeing the tone available?
