Middle East version

If I buy a middle east version then I use it in Egypt. Can I use facetime and iMessages?

As I know facetime and iMessages are not available in UAE.

iMessage can be used.

FaceTime isn't available or might not appear on devices purchased in United Arab Emirates. Group FaceTime and FaceTime Audio are not available in China mainland on iPhone and iPad with cellular.

FaceTime will be available if the region in Settings is one other than the United Arab Emirates. Note that you'll likely need to return it to the United Arab Emirates to get warranty or AppleCare+ service.
