I forgot my iPad password
I forgot my ipad password when i was younger and now it completly logged me out and i forgot my Apple id and my Icloud

Without the Apple ID and Password you used to set up the iPad, you will not be able to use it. You will encounter Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature which cannot be bypassed. See if this link helps you remember...
