Icloud data recovery
I have logged back into the icloud and all my data has now been erased. Photos, files, notes, etc. How do i recover or at the very least find why this happened.

You would have to provide more detail about what you did. If you logged out/in on a device your data will sync again. You can review everything that you have synced at iCloud.com.
