IOS 16.0.2 update

After I updated my iphone 11 to IOS 16.0.2 I noticed i could not respond to text through car play. I called apple both techs insisted that i needed to update my car play. Did that and it still does not work. Just noticed that Siri doesn't even work on my phone anymore. I have reset settings, updated my car play in my car, trained the siri voice and nothing works. This is very frustrating my phone hasn't worked the same after the update. Has anyone been able to fix this?
