Shared Notes Notifications NOT working!?

Hi,

I joined a shared note for planning a trip. I do NOT receive a push notification when changes are made to the note. I only receive a notification when I open the Notes app... I believe I have all proper settings turned on but it doesn't work. I have notifications on, iCloud notes set to Push. Am I missing something?
