Trade in

I have recently made an iPhone purchase on the Apple Online Store, and paid for it. My order will be available on tomorrow but now I wish to exchange my old phone. Is it still possible for me to opt in for Trade In?

Can I trade in my iPhone at the Apple Store? I purchased a new iPhone and got a trade-in value and am waiting for delivery. I have heard lots of horror stories about trade-ins being "damaged" on the way to Apple in the provided packaging and, in fact, had my iPad arrive at Apple with a cracked screen. I don't trust the mail in process and would like to do it in person.
