I bought a phone that is locked with the find my phone! Don’t have a clue how this all work? All I want to know is what can I do? Is any way that I can unlock the phone or find the right owner!
been to apple stores and they can’t help!

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them go to https://www.icloud.com/find/, erase the device, then remove it from their account, then the device is useless. Apple won't unlock it.
