Hi, I activated my iphone 13 on 12/09/2022. I can see Limited warranty on my phone and it is not showing when I am checking online with serial number

Hi, I activated my iphone 13 on 12/09/2022. I can see my Limited warranty on my phone but it is not showing when I checked online with serial number. I submitted my phone as it is not working but apple service center is asking me to contact customer care and ask them to activate the warranty. What could be done ?

Your sales receipt is needed for Apple’s Limited Warranty, AppleCare Protection Plan, and AppleCare+ validation, so be sure to keep it in a safe place. Apple’s Limited Warranty is the same whether or not you register.
