Whenever I highlight text written in Persian, my iOS on my iPhone reads it as Arabic have explored multiple functions and layers within accessibility, but still continues to do so. Arabic is a completely different language than Persian, but uses the same alphabet ( similar to English and French both using the Latin alphabet). Voice Control isn't available in all countries or regions. Voice Control uses the Siri speech recognition engine for U.S. English only.
