How do I turn off report junk on my iPhone. It pops up after every text that is deleted

This message pops up at the bottom of “every” message. report junk, delete. I want to turn off report junk and only want the delete button to display. If I want to report junk, I can do that later. I am accidentally reporting junk when I only want to delete the message. This is how it displays at the bottom of the page. See Below:
