MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) won't turn on

The laptop has power, it is warm on the back. It was not dropped, or damaged in any other way. When I tried to turn on I did hear the fan for a few seconds, then nothing. No backlight comes on on the screen or on the keyboard, Touch Bar.

When I connect the charger I can't hear the typical ding, charging sound.

I did try the steps listed here If your Mac doesn't turn on - Apple Support, no luck so far. Does anyone have any other idea?
