Pro Tools Won't Open - Helper Tool Prompt Window Trying To Install

I have Pro Tools Artist 2022.7 Subscription. It was working fine before when I first downloaded it, now it will not open. I keep getting "Pro Tools is trying To Install a new Helper Tool" prompt. I type in my password and hit "Install Helper". It says to relaunch Pro Tools, but it still won't open. I just get the "Helper Tool" prompt again and again. I've tried all of the on-line suggestions that I could find such deleting any avid files in Library/LaunchDaemen and PrivilegedHelperTools, but still won't open.

I have a Mac mini running Mac OS Sierra 10.12

Please HELP!!

Start with this...


Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.


Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
