Request Refund

Hi, my nine-years old daughter used the itunes account to make purchases without my permission,(Visa-Debit) the total of money is $799.23. Im SHOCKED! Im trying to request a Refund, I have more that 25 purchases, how can I request for all of them.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

You can use Screen Time to prevent unintentional or unauthorised purchases from the App Store and other Apple services. You can make a password a requirement for purchases, prevent certain types of purchase, or disable purchasing completely.
