Left Right Audio Balance Not Working on iPhone

Hi,

I have a bad hearing in my right ear and use the Headphone Balance feature found under Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual of my iPhone 12 (iOS 15.6.1) as of now - experience has always been the same one other iPhones and iOS's.

This feature works perfectly using apps such as Youtube and Spotify, but does not work for phone calls or other conferencing apps such as MS Teams.

Can the Balancer feature be updated to work across all sound outputs from the phone? I would like to use iPhone for my work conferencing, but it's useless as of now because of lack of sound balance.
