Synology and Apple M1 macbook crashes/freezes/slow

Hi,

When i open files from my Synology NAS with a Apple M1 macbook it is very slow and most of the times it freezes and crashes.

Also when i try to drag and drop a file to my email programma it will freeze.

With older Apple Devices i don't have these problems! Only with the M1 chip macbooks.

I tryed a lot of this in the settings of my NAS but without any luck.

So this is when i work directly from the NAS \\nas\files\..

Things i tryed:

• disable AFP
• Lower de SMB3 to SMB2 and lower.
• i tryed this M1 mac and Big Sur 11.4, Connect SMB Serv… - Apple Community
• update synology nas and apple device.
• Other Apple M1 chip macbook - same problems.
• find help at synology support - no luck here.

Hope you can help me with this problem.
