I got my son apple watch and set up under family. But it will not let me manage contacts. It says"Contact management request sent to 'sons name.' You can manage 'sons name' contacts after request accepted.
But nothing is ever sent to him. HELP ME PLEASE. For my other sons watch it let me manage the contacts no problem. Very frustrated.
I took it to Verizon (where I bought it) and they do not know how to fix it.

Check the Content & Privacy Restrictions to see if there is anything there preventing him from receiving these. Here’s where you go to view the privacy settings:
1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode.
3. Tap Under Privacy, then choose the settings that you want to restrict.
