Apple Music and Apple TV+

Chuckb thank you for your reply and just to let you know I have already tried to contact Apple support regarding this issue and they cannot answer the question and not only that my Apple support app is no longer working So I have to go to an Apple Store for help but usually the Apple Store I go to is no help for anything and now my Apple ID has been compromised and it’s as though my iPhone 13 Pro is operating with no active Apple ID you see when I got my iPhone replaced in July it came with the 6 months of Apple Music subscription and Apple TV + for 6 months free subscription and within a few days those offers were gone from my new iPhone.

Hello Chuck I just wanted to let you know that this situation has not been resolved yet and I do not have any Apple TV or Apple Music, when I got my replacement iPhone 13 Pro July 26, 2022 it came with an offer for Apple TV and Apple Music for $9.99 for 6 months and it just disappeared now the offer is 1 month free and 6.99 per month, do you think that is a fair deal?
