Safari language is in Russian while my phone is in English
I’ve had an issue where my phone displays sports and other pop ups in Russian, while the preferred language of safari is English. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you haven't already, could you please check your devices region and ensure that it is set up correctly? This will help with checking that: Change the language and region on iPhone - Apple Support
If so, could you please verify if you're currently using a VPN? If you are, does this same thing happen if you temporarily disable that?
Testing this can help determine what may be happening here.
