Has anyone noticed display flickering on iOS 16?
Screen flickers while typing something. It usually happens on the grey background but now I’ve started to see it happening on the lighter background also. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? How do we fix this?

Would have been helpful if I knew this before I visited the store, would also be useful if Apple acknowledged the issue and informed stores. Would have saved 2 follow up visits and 2 hardware replacements.
If I had read this post prior to the issue obviously I wouldn’t have bothered following up with the store. Ideally they should have been able to inform me of the issue pending a software update for resolution.

If no better you should arrange a repair

Yeah I have this exact issue and Apple basically replaced my screen and then on the next visit everything else (a rear system replacement) and the issue persists under iOS 16 and 16.0.2.
Wait for an update, I could not have been any clearer.
Apple will not announce future fixes.
If we fellow users reported beta test results we would be breaking the rules.
