eid number is missin

not able to find Eid number in settings -> about

Look on the back of the box. Is there an EID listed there, or only listings for EMEI/MEID and EMEI2? If you only see EMEI/MEID and EMEI2, then you have purchased a Chinese model iPhone, which takes two physical nano SIM cards. You can confirm this by popping out the SIM tray and seeing that it is double sided. In Settings | General | About, just under "Carrier Lock," you will see sections for the two IMEIs and the SIM cards that are plugged into those faces of the SIM tray. The upper SIM should be the first EMEI and the lower SIM (with the retaining spring) should be EMEI2.
