Troubleshooting an Overheating iPhone:

You probably need to clear space, as too many system resources are being swallowed up.

I. Cool Down the iPhone:

For a few hours, perform the following...

1. Power Off: the iPhone for a bit
2. Unplug: any Cables
3. Place it Atop: a Laptop Cooler
4. Keep it in: an open space
5. Keep it Out of: direct sunlight
