Unknown app

I see an unknown app in my iPhone.

it is visible in the list of apps that uses “cellular” data

I cannot locate and remove it.

how can remove it?

Use App Library to search that unknown app, see this Apple article:

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

If you have find the app, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.

Then see -> Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
