Lost Apple Watch

I got my Apple Wach SE stolen and instead of tracking my watch it tracks my phone how can i fix it? 10 minutes after I noticed it was stolen because I left it in a public restroom I tried to put it in lost mode but it wouldn't let me. It has been put as "Pending" for 4 days now. So is there any way i can still track it?or set it in lost mode so I can send my number through the watch?
