I can still receive Facetime call when Do Not Disturb is on.

IOS 16.0.2. Do Not Disturb (or Sleep or anything else) is on. I can receive Facetime call from others, while "app allowed" for notification is empty.

iPad 2, iOS 9

You got the correct answer. Thank you! Allowing repeat call setting was off for Do Not Disturb actually. But it automatically switched to Sleep mode when my sleep time had come. I don't know how to fix it.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. To get started, please make sure that no one is set to bypass during Focus. Let's make sure it's not a time sensitive notification, and if it is, please turn that feature off, and nothing is filtered as explained in the following links:
