All other badges appear including monthly perfect streak. All monthly challenge badges have vanished. Sync is turned on. Notifications of all challenges are turned on. Fitness app on iPhone shows monthly challenge but NOT updating in real time (delayed by 1-2 days). What is going on?

As long as the awards are showing up after a couple days, it sounds like this may be expected behavior. However, if those awards don't ever show up or if they're still missing after 9 days, then we would say that that would be considered unexpected behavior.
