Apple One Premier 2TB iCloud stormot showing

I signed up for Apple One Premier. As I understand it includes 2TB iCloud storage. However my phone continues show only 5gb of iCloud storage. How can get the 2TB of storage that is included in the Apple One Premiere subscription?
