My airpod case will not charge.

My airpod case will not charge. However my actual airpods will charge in another case.

It can help if you make sure that the Lightning to USB cable is firmly plugged into the charging case and USB power adapter. Then make sure that the power adapter is correctly plugged into a power outlet. Test with a different cable, outlet, and power adapter as well. These can all help with the issue. 


It can also help if you check the firmware of your AirPods is up to date. Here’s how:


Make sure you’re AirPods are in Bluetooth range of your paired iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi as well.


Listen to music on your AirPods for about 30 seconds. After that, put your AirPods back in the case and close the lid. Connect your charging case to power and leave connected for about 30 minutes. Keep the lid closed the entire time. After the 30 minutes, connect your AirPods to your device and see if the issue is resolved.
