iPhone 14 Pro camera problem without app

Hello, I’m experiencing a strange lag and problem in the camera app form the first minute of use, is it normal?

When I open the normal camera app a strange camera lag and focus appear, I come from and iPhone 11 Pro and this was not happening, I don’t know if it’s a new feature or a problem
