Connection Timed Out or Not Secure or Server Not Responding

I’ve a problem while using any browser like Safari or Firefox or Chrome on my iPad Pro 5th Gen., when trying to open any website this message keeps showing “Connection timed out” whatever I’m using cellular data or wifi and “Connection not secure”. If trying to open any website by typing the website name this happen “http://website.com/“ not like like usual “https://www.website.com/“.

I tried to chat with technical support and tried a lot of ways to solve that issue but nothing changed.

What gives me mind blowing if I searched on any search engine about specific website, it opens from the search result than if I wrote the website directly.

I erased website data & cookies, reset Safari Experimental Features to default, turned off Apple Private Relay, Removed VPN app and Fonts profiles, and I reset Network Settings.

I keep my iPad Pro OS up to date and all installed apps.

I feel hopeless…

Does anyone face this issue before and what did to solve it??
