iPhone 14 Pro Max stuck on language/country menu

I’m trying to set up my new phone and once I select the language and country (English/US) it doesn’t proceed to the next step.


I’ve reset and restarted the phone multiple times and don’t know what else to do.


I don’t have iTunes for a manual set up either.
