When you say AppleCare, do you mean the one year standard plan which came with your phone or do you mean an AppleCare+ plan you purchased within the first 60 days of owning your iPhone? If the standard plan, you cannot extend it. If an AppleCare+ plan you paid for, the link at the top of this page explains your options.
