How to change preferred line for multiple contacts?

I have a physical SIM and an e-SIM on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I sync my personal and business contacts to my phone using my iCloud account. Is there a way I can update massively some of the contacts to use my e-SIM and some of them to use my physical SIM as it's preferred line, like do a bulk update? I really don't want to have to go through 600 contacts 1-by-1 and update them manually.
