my text messages wont delete

Same issue here!! Apple tech support told me to erase the entire form and set up it again from factory defaults....but not from a backup.. as a new phone.... .sounds like way too much work!!!!

anyone else with a fix?

Me as well. I have been trying all day to delete a certain text message but it won’t go away.
