Stand notifications with sleep focus on

Has anyone had problem with stand notifications during sleep focus since the last ios update? It’s been waking me up while in the sleep focus hours. The only solution i find is to turn stand notifications off manually. Thia didn’t happen before the ios update. It worked as should.

Hello Regislarios,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

Which Apple Watch series do you have? What is the exact watchOS version installed? Please go to Settings > General > About > Version. Which iPhone is your Apple Watch paired? What is the exact iOS version installed? Please go to Settings > General > About > Version.

Please use the steps here to restart your Apple Watch: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

  1. If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger.
  2. Press and hold the side button until you see the power button  in the upper-right corner of the display.
  3. Tap the power button.
  4. Drag the Power Off slider.
  5. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.

Please use the steps here to restart your iPhone as listed here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

We recommend using focus filters as listed here: Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

  1. Go to Settings > Focus, then tap the Focus you want to add filters to.
  2. Scroll down to Focus Filters, then tap Add Filter.
  3. Tap an app, then select the information you want to see from that app while the Focus on.
  4. Tap Add.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Take care.
