Whatsapp: backup date differs in latest backup in whatsapp (more recent) versus iCloud backup (older) - where to find more recent one?

My iPhone was stolen and my iCloud backup is dated February 2021 (yes, I know 😕 - but I've bought more backup space today, so this will never again happen to me), so I lost 1.5 years of chat history when installing my new iPhone 😢 (containing all the messages of my new love 💔). However, when I look in the whatsapp app on my new iPhone, I see that my last whatsapp backup was made on August 8, 2022 (see photo). However, I don't know where to find it… How can I still install the latest version? And where do I find it? Thank you very much! Stefanie (PS: i work in Windows)
